Testimonials from Wanda’s previous students
- You did a GREAT job today! Your workshop was so much fun and I learned so much about YUPO. I’ve always been afraid of it. I’m not sure why, because I see how very forgiving it is.
- “It far exceeded my expectations. What a joy your class was. You are an amazing teacher.”
- “The class was wonderful! One of the best parts of this class has been listening to you think aloud as you do your amazing work”
- It was a very fun workshop. So many interesting things happen so easily with the techniques you taught us!”
- “I really enjoyed your class and thought it was excellent. I liked your stream of consciousness talk about what goes on in your mind as you are creating.”
“Excellent excellent, excellent!”

Comments by the Juror, Richard Hawk:
"This painting has a surreal approach that is evocative of some of the best legacy of surrealism that has been done in the past yet it is new to me. It looks like nothing I have seen before. And it is a highly narrative painting. There is a story there and tremendous emotion. I think there is expression in both of the faces that is really good. And I think the limited pallet is gutsy in this particular painting."
